The Role
The Head of Data & Analytics Consulting will establish and lead the newly formed Data &
Analytics Consulting team, a client-facing function responsible for the technical configuration
and deployment of Xantura’s OneView platform. This team ensures seamless software
implementation, data extraction, data engineering, data science, product configuration and
dashboard development while working directly with clients to bring insights to life and support
their needs.
The Data & Analytics Consulting team is made up of Data & Analytics Consultants, each of
whom is a multi-skilled professional, capable of independently managing all technical
aspects of client deployment, as well as supporting the client through the process.
They collaborate with Business Consultants, who oversee the non-technical elements of
delivery, as well as other key teams including Information Governance (privacy and security),
Platform Delivery (core product development), and Quality Assurance (testing and validation).
As the Head of Data & Analytics Consulting, you will be responsible for the end-to-end
technical deployment of OneView, ensuring the team delivers world-class client
implementations. Your leadership will establish an efficient, scalable model for client
deployment, aligning with Xantura’s north star to reduce societal inequality across 100
councils.
This role also acts as a key connector between Xantura and Newton (our parent company – an
operations consultancy who we partner with on many of our projects), working with their sales
and program leads to shape future joint engagements, define delivery commitments, and
manage escalations during deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, manage, and develop the Digital Engagement team
- Provide coaching, training, and professional development
- Deployment & Process Ownership
- Design, iterate, and refine the end-to-end client deployment process

- Technical & Client-Facing Leadership – Train, guide and support your team on:
- Data extraction – Support the client’s technical team to install IG bridge, adapt
scripts, address quality issues, ultimately leading to clean data extraction - Data science – Configure existing predictive models to meet the client’s needs,
undertake technical scoping for new/iterated predictive models, apply
descriptive analytics techniques to extract meaningful insight from client data,
build proxy predictive models to demonstrate potential value early on. - Cohort building – Build preventative cohorts, test and adapt these with the
client to optimise accuracy & efficacy - Dashboards – Design and build/adapt dashboards to meet the client’s needs
and tell them what they need to know in a clear, intuitive way - Platform evolution – Integrating innovations and evolutions from your clients
into the core platform for other clients to benefit from

What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 8+ years’ experience across data and analytics, including data engineering, data
science, and data visualisation. You’ll need to be able to provide detailed, hands-on
support to your team.- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R for data manipulation and querying
- Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle
- Understanding of various data formats, including CSV, JSON, and XML
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS
- Strong storytelling and data visualisation skills, including scoping, designing,
and delivering engaging client-facing insights using PowerPoint and sustainable
dashboards using Power BI and Tableau - Experience with QA processes, including unit, regression and integration
testing, and producing high-quality analytical code that is traceable and
repeatable - Knowledge and experience of machine learning techniques, including

The Role
In this role you will work in the Data & Analytics Consulting team, a client-facing function
responsible for the technical configuration and deployment of the OneView platform.
You’ll work directly with our clients to deliver seamless software implementation, data
extraction, data engineering, data science, product configuration and data visualisation. As a

The Role
As our first Product hire, this role is an exciting one It’s a unique opportunity to shape the future
of our platform and establish a product function from the ground up. You’ll own the delivery of
our ambitious product vision and strategy, work closely with the founder and senior leadership
team, and play a key role in ensuring our platform continues to solve society’s biggest
problems.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll be involved at every stage of the product
lifecycle — from discovery and definition to delivery and optimisation. You’ll work across a
complex stakeholder environment, balancing client needs, technical constraints, and
business priorities to deliver solutions that drive meaningful change.
You won’t be managing day-to-day delivery — we have a strong Delivery Management function
in place for that. Instead, your focus will be on setting the product direction, understanding our
customer inside out, identifying and scoping high-value opportunities, holding the pen on
design decisions, prioritising where we should focus our efforts, ensuring the platform evolves
in a coherent way, and ensuring the product meets the needs of our users and the business.
This is a strategic and high-impact role where you’ll have the autonomy to define how we
approach product management as we scale.

The Role
As a Senior Project Manager at Xantura, you’ll play a key role in delivering our mission to
reduce societal inequality. You’ll lead the delivery of our most complex and high-impact
projects with public sector clients, helping them use our AI-driven platform to identify
risk earlier, act sooner, and ultimately improve outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across both Xantura and our client
organisations, you’ll be responsible for scoping, planning and executing projects from
discovery through to delivery. You’ll bring together people, processes and technology to
ensure each deployment is tailored to local context, operationalised effectively, and
delivers measurable impact on the ground.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll be accountable for outcomes,
ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, while
maintaining alignment with Xantura’s strategic goals. It’s an exciting opportunity to

What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients at all levels, developing a deep
understanding of their goals, challenges and context from the outset - Draw on your market insight, technical expertise and client knowledge to shape
high-quality project scopes that deliver real value and are operationally feasible - Create detailed, robust project plans to support the deployment of our platform,
enabling clients to transform how they work and improve outcomes - Lead the end-to-end implementation for new clients, including managing the
process of data extraction, technical setup and navigating information
governance requirements - Partner with a Data & Analytics Consultant, who will deliver the technical aspects of the end-to-end deployment and configuration
- Manage complex programmes with multiple workstreams, operating strategically to grow and expand from a specific department to a corporate level transformation programme
- Monitor progress against milestones and proactively manage scope, timelines and budgets, ensuring transparency and control throughout
- Track and report on project performance using clear metrics and reporting tools to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Deliver demonstrable benefits cases and compelling best-practice case studies by driving adoption, understanding the front line application and value of the software, tracking its impact, identifying and mobilising champions
- Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues promptly, taking a solutions focused approach to overcoming complex delivery challenges
- Navigate and resolve technical, operational and stakeholder complexities to keep projects on track and clients engaged
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our Platform Delivery, Quality Assurance, Advanced Analytics teams to ensure the right resourcing, prioritisation and deployment of new capabilities
