We help at-risk people keep a roof over their heads

The factors that play into someone becoming homeless can range from domestic violence and debt to poor mental health and disability. 

But many of these are beyond the control of the housing team.  But many of these are beyond the control of the housing team.  

We help you to join up with, and make early referrals to, other agencies and partners involved in taking care of a person or family.

This means you can coordinate a multi-disciplinary approach to keeping someone in their home – from dealing with addiction issues to mediating discussions about debt. And it means you can help prevent people from reaching crisis point.
